Where We Deliver
We currently deliver across Lebanon. We're not offering international shipping just yet—but we're growing, so stay tuned.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically prepared and delivered within 2–5 business days of being placed. During sale periods, new launches, or public holidays, delivery may take a little longer. You'll receive an email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Fees
A flat delivery fee of $5 applies to all orders within Lebanon. Delivery is complimentary on orders over $200.
Cash on Delivery
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You'll pay for your order in cash at the moment it's delivered to you, so please have the exact amount ready. Orders are placed in USD.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with any available tracking details. You can also view your order status anytime from your account.
Failed or Delayed Delivery
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout. If our courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Orders that cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts may be returned to us.
