Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We make every effort to display our products and colors accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, and availability at any time.
Orders & Acceptance
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — not that it's accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made in full, in cash, at the time your order is delivered. Please have the exact amount ready.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Lebanon. Delivery timeframes and fees are described in our Delivery Information page.
Exchanges
Dandelion offers exchanges only within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy. We do not offer cash refunds or store credit.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our name, logo, designs, images, and text — is the property of Dandelion and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
